INKVAULT
For years I wrote short stories, formatted books, exported PDFs, fixed EPUBs, and fought endless battles against margins, page breaks, images, and layouts collapsing for absolutely no good reason.
At some point I realized something:
I was spending more time fighting the tools than actually working on books.
So I started building my own.
It’s called INKVAULT.
A system designed to write, organize and prepare books for publishing starting from a single source project:
paperback, EPUB, PDF, HTML.
It also works offline.
No cloud dependency.
No mandatory subscriptions.
No relying on somebody else’s servers staying alive forever.
The idea is simple:
write once and stop dealing with duplicated workflows and formatting disasters every time a project grows beyond a hundred pages.
The funny part is that it wasn’t born as a product.
It was born because I had to publish a real 450-page book and I got tired of wasting time solving the same technical problems over and over again.
So I built the system I wished already existed.
Now let’s see if other human beings find it useful too.
