License Terms

Version 1.0 — Last updated: 13 Oct 2025

These License Terms (“Terms”) govern the use of digital assets purchased from animadellafesta.it (the “Site”), created, maintained, and occasionally debugged by one single human — ADF Store — Unique Funny T-Shirts, Graphic Humor Tees & Original Vector Art on 100% Cotton Apparel.

Yep, it’s just me here: the designer, the developer, the coffee drinker, the person who sometimes talks to their computer and occasionally wins the argument.
By downloading or using any Item, you agree to these Terms (don’t worry — I’ve kept them human).

1) Definitions

  • Item: any digital file sold on the Site (e.g., SVG, EPS, AI, PDF, PNG, fonts, icons, mockups, templates, “vector kits”).
  • End Product: a finished design you create using the Item (e.g., a T-shirt print, poster, logo, social graphic, sticker, packaging, or web graphic).
  • Seat: one natural person (designer/developer) who may access and use the Item. Teams require multiple seats (see Section 6).
  • Client: a third party you create an End Product for.
  • POD: print-on-demand services (e.g., Printful) that manufacture products from your uploaded End Product files.

2) License grant (non-exclusive, worldwide)

When you purchase an Item, I grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use it in End Products under either the ADF Standard or ADF Commercial license (see Section 5).
You do not acquire ownership of the Item itself; copyright always stays with me — because, well, I made it.

3) Allowed uses (both licenses)

  • Create unlimited End Products for yourself and for one Client per project.
  • Modify, combine, and adapt the Item as needed. You may flatten, outline, or expand vectors for production.
  • Use in commercial and personal projects (print or digital), within the limits in Section 5.
  • Use with POD/merch provided you upload only flattened production files and don’t share the editable source with end customers.

4) Prohibited uses (both licenses)

  • No resale or redistribution of source files: don’t sublicense, share, give away, sell, or repackage the Item “as-is” or with trivial changes. (That would make me sad.)
  • No trademarking the Item as-is: you can’t register my designs or barely modified versions as your own logo or trademark. Mix it up, make it yours.
  • No “stock-like” uses: don’t upload the Item (or something suspiciously similar) to stock marketplaces, icon hubs, or template libraries.
  • No resale of editable files: give your clients flattened, outlined, or rasterized versions only.
  • No unlawful or infringing uses: if your project references third-party IP, make sure you have the rights — I’m a creator, not a lawyer.

5) License types & limits

ADF Standard License — Personal use (but free and happy)
You can use these vector drawings for any personal project — T-shirts for yourself or your friends, posters for your walls, social media graphics, or any other brilliant idea that pops into your head.

There’s just one rule: don’t redistribute, resell, or share the original vector files — not even partially, not even “just to show how it’s made.”
You can export and print as many raster versions (PNG, JPG, PDF, etc.) as you want.
In short, have fun… but don’t hand out the keys to the lab.

ADF Commercial License — Professional and planetary use (Earth only)
This license lets you use the designs for any commercial purpose — printing on T-shirts, mugs, posters, client work, packaging, logos, merch, advertising… basically, anything you want to sell, produce, or display.
Valid everywhere on this beautiful planet, with no limits on copies or products.
The only boundary remains the same: don’t redistribute or resell the original vector files, in any form, for any reason.
You’re free to modify, reshape, recolor, and remix the artwork however you like — just make sure it stays yours, not the Internet’s.

Note (just between us)
If you’re thinking, “Well, I’ll just grab the Standard License and quietly use it for a client too — nobody will ever know…,” hey, I totally get it.
But you should also know that every time someone does that, the mouth in my logo turns upside down — and when it stops smiling, I stop smiling too.

6) Seats & internal use

ADF Standard = 1 seat.
That means just you — the person reading this right now, probably half-leaning on one elbow and wondering if this license will ever mention coffee (yes, it will).
You can use the files, tweak them, print them, show them to your dog for approval… but it’s a one-human deal.
One seat, one soul, one creative brain at a time.

ADF Commercial = no limit seats.
Yep — you, your team, your cousin with a Wacom tablet, the intern with too much energy… everyone in your company can join the fun.
From “me and you” we move to a global creative swarm, powered by caffeine and shared panic before deadlines.
Use the files freely across your team, your brand, your entire interplanetary design empire — just don’t pass the raw vector files to the public.

No lawyers, no nonsense, just mutual respect and a shared love for well-drawn things.

Whatever the license, please keep those source files safe and private.
Treat them like secret family recipes… or grandma’s biscotti formula: meant to be used, not leaked.

7) Attribution

No credit required — but if you feel like giving a shout-out, it makes my day.
You can write something like:
“Design elements by ADF Store — Unique Funny T-Shirts, Graphic Humor Tees & Original Vector Art on 100% Cotton Apparel, animadellafesta.it.”
(You can even throw in an emoji. I won’t mind.)

8) Logos & trademarks

You can absolutely include my Items in a logo or brand identity, as long as you combine them into something original and clearly yours.
Just don’t trademark my designs “as-is” — it’s like trying to register the Mona Lisa because you added sunglasses.

9) Deliverables to Clients

When you deliver work to your clients, please send them only flattened or outlined artwork (PDF, PNG, JPG).
Don’t pass along my original source files (SVG, AI, EPS) unless your client buys their own license —or you grab one on their behalf.
Think of it like lending your car: fine, but not forever.

10) Updates & support

Sometimes I fix or polish files — if I do, I’ll share them.
Support covers download issues and file defects, not full-on custom design (though I do take commissions — see Custom Design).
If something breaks, just email me. I’ll try to fix it before my coffee gets cold.

11) Refunds

Digital items are non-refundable once downloaded (they’re sort of like ideas — hard to put back).
But if you find a confirmed defect I can’t reasonably fix, I’ll make it right.
Just contact me at adf@animadellafesta.it within 14 days and we’ll sort it out.

12) Termination

If you really, really mess up and breach these Terms, I can revoke your license.
That means stop using the Item and delete all copies — but anything already printed or sold can stay in the world. (No, I won’t come knocking to confiscate your posters.)

13) IP ownership & takedowns

All Items are owned by ADF Store — Unique Funny T-Shirts, Graphic Humor Tees & Original Vector Art on 100% Cotton Apparel (a.k.a. me).
I take IP seriously and respond to valid complaints or DMCA notices.
If something looks off or you need to report an issue, email me at adf@animadellafesta.it.
We’ll handle it like grown-ups (polite ones).

14) Warranties & liability

Items are provided “as is.”
I do my best, but I can’t guarantee eternal buglessness or cosmic perfection.
If something goes wrong, my total liability is limited to what you paid for the Item — probably less than a decent pizza, but hopefully more satisfying.

15) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy.
(Yes, the land of espresso, slow bureaucracy, and passionate creators.)
Consumer protections in your country still apply, of course.
Any disputes will be handled by the courts of , Italy — ideally over a civilized cappuccino.

16) Contact

Got questions, doubts, or just want to say “hey, nice vectors”?
Email me at adf@animadellafesta.it.
I’m friendly, fairly quick, and occasionally funny.

Quick examples

  • OK (Standard): Create a T-shirt using one of my vectors, upload a flattened print file to a POD, sell up to 10,000 units.
  • OK (Commercial): Use my assets in multiple campaigns across brands within the same company, unlimited prints and ad impressions.
  • Not OK: Resell my SVG/EPS files, include them in a “free pack”, or upload the raw vector to a template marketplace.
  • Not OK: Train an AI model with my files or feed them into any dataset — that’s just rude.

Thanks for reading this far! You officially care more about licensing than 98% of the Internet. ????
