Care Instructions

Follow these simple steps to keep your items looking great for as long as possible. When in doubt, wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle, and air dry.

T-Shirts (DTG / DTFlex)

• Wash: Machine wash cold (max 30°C / 86°F), inside-out, with similar colors.
• Detergent: Mild, no bleach, no fabric softeners (they can affect the print).
• Cycle: Gentle cycle; avoid long/heavy cycles.
• Dry: Air dry flat or hang. If using a dryer, low heat only.
• Stains: Dab gently with mild soap before washing; do not rub the print.
• Avoid: Do not dry clean. Do not wring.
• Ironing: If needed, iron inside-out on low. Never iron directly on the print.

Pro tip: Turn the garment inside-out before every wash to reduce friction on the print.

Hoodies & Sweatshirts

• Wash cold (30°C / 86°F), inside-out, gentle cycle.
• Air dry or tumble dry low; high heat can shrink cotton and dull prints.
• Do not bleach. Iron inside-out on low; avoid the printed area and drawcords.

Embroidered Items

• Wash cold, gentle cycle; avoid fabric softener (can loosen stitches).
• Air dry flat; if ironing, place a cloth between iron and embroidery.
• Do not bleach. Do not pull loose threads—trim carefully.

First-Wash Notes

• You may notice a light pre-treatment or a faint vinegar-like scent on DTG items—that’s normal and disappears after the first wash.
• A small amount of surface fibers can appear after the first wash; remove with a lint roller.

Storage

• Store clean, fully dry garments in a cool, dry place.
• Avoid prolonged direct sunlight on printed areas.

Mugs (Ceramic)

• Daily use: Dishwasher & microwave safe.
• For maximum longevity of the print, hand wash with a soft sponge; avoid abrasive scrubbers.

Posters & Art Prints

• Handle with clean, dry hands; avoid touching the print surface.
• Unroll carefully; lay flat to relax curl before framing.
• Frame behind glass or acrylic; hang away from direct sunlight and humidity.
• Dust with a soft, dry cloth; do not use cleaners on the print surface.

Troubleshooting

• Arrived with marks or a faint box around the print? That’s usually press marks or pre-treatment residue—wash once, and it disappears.
• Print looks cracked after drying? Usually high heat. Wash cold, gentle cycle, and air dry next time.
• Quality issue? Open a request within 30 days via our Help Center with photos.
