Returns & Refunds
We stand behind the quality of our products. Because items are made-to-order, most issues are resolved with a free reprint or a refund—no physical return required. Please read the terms below and contact us within the applicable time frames.
What’s covered
- Defects / Misprints / Damage on arrival — Report within 30 days of delivery. Include clear photos (full item + close-up of the issue + label/packing slip if available).
- Lost in transit — If tracking stalls and never arrives, report within 30 days of the Estimated Delivery Date (EDT).
What’s not covered
- Change of mind / wrong size or color — Made-to-order items aren’t eligible for returns due to buyer’s remorse. Please check the Size Guide before purchasing.
- Delivered but not received — If a carrier marks a package as delivered but you can’t locate it, we’ll assist with follow-up. Unresolved cases may be re-shipped at the customer’s expense.
- Invalid / incomplete address — Orders returned for address issues or unclaimed parcels can be re-shipped; additional shipping charges may apply.
How to file a claim
- Open a request via our Help Center within the time window (see above).
- Attach 2–3 photos: full item, close-up of the issue, and the label/packing slip if available.
- Include your order number and a short description of the problem.
We’ll review your request with our production partner and confirm the resolution: free reprint (most common) or refund. In quality-issue cases, we typically don’t require a physical return.
Returns address
Returned packages (e.g., due to address issues) route to the appropriate facility. We’ll coordinate any reshipment after confirming the correct address. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
Timelines
- Report defects/misprints/damage: within 30 days of delivery.
- Report lost in transit: within 30 days of the EDT.
- Once approved, reprints ship with standard production and shipping speeds (see Shipping & Fulfillment).
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.
EU note
For EU customers, the 14-day right of withdrawal generally does not apply to custom/personalized or made-to-order goods. This page is for information only and is not legal advice.
