Shipping & Fulfillment
I ship worldwide using Printful as my trusted print-on-demand and fulfillment partner. Every item is made fresh when you order it and is usually produced at the Printful facility closest to you to ensure the fastest possible delivery. Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages if they are produced in different locations.
Production time
I usually need 2–5 business days to have your items produced by Printful. This production time is separate from the actual shipping time. As soon as your order leaves the Printful facility, I’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking.
Estimated Delivery Time = Production (2–5 business days) + Shipping time
Shipping speeds (after production)
- Standard: typically 5–20 business days depending on destination and carrier
- Express (where available): typically 1–3 business days after production
- Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address. Split shipments do not increase your total shipping cost.

Tracking & updates
As soon as Printful ships your order, I send you the tracking link(s). If your order is split, you’ll receive a separate email for each package.
Customs, duties & VAT
For international shipments outside the EU, customs fees or import taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility. Where possible, I offer duties-paid (DDP) options at checkout.
Damages, misprints & returns
If anything arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, just contact me within 30 days of delivery with clear photos. I’ll coordinate directly with Printful and get you a free reprint or full refund — in most cases you don’t even need to return the item.
What happens after you order
- You place the order → I send it to Printful (2–5 business days production)
- Printful finishes and ships → I email you the tracking
- Your package is on its way → follow the tracking link
