1) About us

The website www.animadellafesta.it (the “Site”) is operated by ADF Store — Unique Funny T-Shirts, Graphic Humor Tees & Original Vector Art on 100% Cotton Apparel (“we”, “us”, “our”). VAT: . 2) Scope of these Terms

These Terms govern all purchases of products and digital content from the Site and your use of the Site. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 and capable of entering into a legally binding contract. See also our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

3) Product types

Made-to-order physical goods (e.g., apparel, mugs, posters) fulfilled by our production partner(s) (e.g., Printful).
Digital downloads (e.g., vector packs, graphics). Digital items are delivered electronically immediately after purchase.

4) Ordering & contract formation

After you place an order, you’ll receive an email acknowledgement. This is not acceptance.
Acceptance occurs when we confirm the order for fulfillment (or, for digital content, when the download link is made available). We may reject/cancel before acceptance, e.g., for pricing/stock errors or suspected fraud; any payments will be refunded.

5) Pricing, taxes & currency

Prices are shown in EURO / DOLLARS and include/exclude VAT depending on your location and our OSS settings. Any applicable shipping costs and taxes are shown at checkout. Cross-border orders may incur import duties/fees charged by the destination country unless a duties-paid (DDP) option is shown at checkout.

6) Payments

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). You authorise us or our payment processor to charge your selected method for the total order amount.

7) Fulfillment & shipping

Fulfillment time (production) is typically 2–5 business days; shipping time depends on destination and method. See Shipping & Fulfillment for details.
Orders may ship in separate packages without additional shipping charges.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided; title passes upon our receipt of full payment.

8) Address accuracy & delivery issues

Please check your shipping address carefully. Orders returned for invalid/insufficient addresses or unclaimed parcels can be reshipped; additional charges may apply. If a package is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the Estimated Delivery Date. If a package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, we will assist with the carrier; unresolved cases may be eligible for a paid reshipment. See Returns & Refunds.

9) Returns, refunds & defects

Quality issues (defects/misprints/damage): contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos. After verification with our production partner, we will reprint or refund. In most quality cases, no physical return is required.
Change of mind / size exchanges: our products are made-to-order; we don’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse. Please consult the Size Guide before purchasing.

Digital items: due to their nature, all sales are final once the download link is delivered, except where a statutory right applies or the file is defective (we will replace the file).

10) Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)

Under EU consumer law you may have a right to withdraw within 14 days for distance contracts. This right does not apply to made-to-order or personalised goods once production has started, nor to digital content after download/access has begun with your express consent and acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal. 11) Product descriptions & colours

We aim for accuracy, but minor variations (colour display, dimensions within standard tolerances) may occur due to materials and on-screen rendering. Such variations are not defects.

12) Intellectual property & license

Site content & designs: All artwork, graphics and trademarks on the Site are owned by or licensed to ADF Store — Unique Funny T-Shirts, Graphic Humor Tees & Original Vector Art on 100% Cotton Apparel. You may not copy, resell or exploit them without prior written permission.
Purchases of physical goods: grant you a personal, non-commercial right to use the item. No rights to the underlying artwork are assigned.
Digital vector packs: licensed under our License Terms. The license governs permitted commercial uses, restrictions (e.g., no reselling as-is, no trademarking, no sublicensing), and attribution if required.
User content (e.g., reviews): by posting you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display such content for marketing and Site operation, subject to our Privacy Policy.

13) Prohibited uses

You may not use the Site or our products for unlawful purposes, to infringe IP rights, to distribute malware, scrape or reverse engineer the Site, or to circumvent technical measures.

14) Warranties & liability

The Site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Subject to the foregoing: (a) we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., lost profits); (b) our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

15) Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, lockdowns, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, customs, power or internet failures).

16) Account registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorised use.

17) Third-party services

We use third-party providers (e.g., payment gateways, fulfillment partners). Their services are subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their practices but will choose reputable providers and protect your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

18) Complaints & consumer dispute resolution

19) Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply. The competent courts of Brescia, Italy shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any consumer forum rights.

20) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our business or legal requirements. The new version applies from its “Last updated” date. If we make material changes to your detriment for existing orders, we will notify you and honour the terms in effect at the time of your order.
